Identification and registration
To buy in our store you only need to register as user and be of legal age (18 years).
- Once the selection is done and to purchase the good you have to click on the shopping trolley icon “Add”, the system will add one unit but you can modify it click on + or – symbols, after this you can go on surfing or processing the order. When you had finished your purchase, you have to indicate the destination to add the right shipping charges. If the order value is higher or equal to 100 €, will be free shipping (only Peninsular Spain and Portugal).
- Invoicing and shipping information: provide your invoicing data and the complete delivery address.
- Confirmation and payment: choose the payment method, credit card, paypal or bank transfer
- Finish buying process, after a successful purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail, in this mail we provide our bank details
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday by transport agency, this system allows us to ensure the maximum reliability and accuracy in deliveries. In case of carrier does not find you at indicated address, you have to contact them for a second try. Please take into account it is not admited delivery at post office box.
Shipping cost depends on weight, dimensions and destination. If the order value is higher or equal to 100 €, will be free shipping (only Peninsular Spain and Portugal). To know shipping cost, it is required to be registered, add the item/s to the shopping basket and simulate the purchase. How to pay
We report to our customers that making the payment by credit card expedite the preparation and delivery of the order.
Choose this way if you prefer to pay the order by bank transfer in advance. When the order is completed, you will receive an e-mail with the bank details to pay the order. It is very important that you indicate your number order and name in the transfer, order will be dispatched on receipt of your payment.
You can pay using your Paypal account.
Cancel an order
If you want to cancel an order, you can do it if the shipping is not done, contact us by phone as soon as possible, in case of the shipping is done any generated shipping cost will be discount.
Broken or incomplete order
We recommend you do not accept a damaged parcel (carton bearing visible sings of opening or damages) if you receive the product damaged, broken or incomplete due to the transport, you have to indicate it in the delivery note and report us the incident with a picture within 24 hours from reception date. In this case you are kindly requested not to use or manipulate the faulty product. If you want to extend the insurance of your order please contact email@example.com.
All our products have legal warranty for two years and LABOTIENDA assumes it just for those cases established by Law. This is the reason why it is very important you read warranty conditions of each product and keep invoice.
Breakdowns and technical services
If you find some troubles with the installation or with the instruction please be sure to follow all the operating instructions contained in the user's manual.
If after consulting the manual you think the product does not work correctly, please contact us. We will ask you the following information:
- Invoice number.
- Identify model and serial number.
- Failure description.
Return an order
You can ask for a return or change the product if it does not achieve your expectations within a maximum of 7 days from reception date. Here you can read all indispensable requirements to accept the return:
- Return must to be execute within seven days from reception date.
- Product must be in perfect conditions with its original packing and without damages, including protection and plastic covers.
- Product must include all accesories and complements.
LABOTIENDA always checks, before accepting the return these three conditions. We will not accept any return that does not meet them, in this case we will send the product at customer cost.
Shipping and collection cost in case of change or replacement will be at customer cost.
Refund will be done by the same payment method.
