To find a good you can use the searcher or surf the web. You should visit the web according to categories and subcategories until reach the desired section. Click the photo or the name of the good and you will access to the detailed product card, and its main features.

If you are not sure about your choice or you have doubts among several goods, we advise you. When the selection is done, to purchase the good you have to click on the shopping trolley icon “Add” placed close to the price. This action will add the good to your shopping list and you will be able to go on surfing our store. When you had finished your purchase, you have to click on “purchase” button, placed on the right under section “Detail of my purchase”.
Before payment, you should review your order including desired goods and quantities. We inform you about discounts and general promotions included in the order. Click on “Continue” button, to go on with the order, to register and to know shipment cost.
When you finish the purchase, it is required that you give us your personal data and delivery address to do the delivery as efficiently as possible. For this, you have to identify yourself (if you are customer) or register (if it is the first time you purchase).
You only have to fill in with your data and establish a password for future purchases. Do not forget to provide your exact delivery address and phone number (preferable mobile number) because the carrier may need contact you to arrange the delivery. If you want it, you can give an invoicing address and another address for delivery.
When the payment is done, you will see on the screen your order confirmation with the instructions to make the bank transfer (if this option has been selected), and the message “Accepted operation”.
After several minutes, you will receive an e-mail confirming all details of your purchase. We recommend keeping it for future consults. Remember this e-mail means that we have received your order correctly. Validation and delivery of the order depend on the stock of the good and on we could confirm the payment.
Delivery time is expressed in working days and it depends on the stock or/and on selected payment method. For reasons out of Labotienda control, if you confirm the order by credit card, it will be processed quicker than if you do it by bank transfer.
Labotienda undertakes to send the goods in a maximum of forty eight hours after the payment. In case of bank transfer, this is subject to the payment confirmation of the bank.
In case of customer includes several products with different delivery dates, order will be delivered on latest date indicated.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday by DHL or GRACIA transport agency, this system allows us to ensure the maximum reliability and accuracy in deliveries. In case of carrier does not find you at indicated address, he will contact you for a second try. Please take into account it is not admited delivery at post office box.
Shipping cost depends on weight and dimensions of the order. To know shipping cost, it is required to be registered, add the item to the shopping basket and simulate the purchase . To consult estimated cost for items with standard dimensions, please check the following examples:

We advise to our customers pay by credit card to expedite the preparation and delivery of the order. If you pay by card, you have the guarantee that collection is only make when goods leave our warehouse, this way you avoid anticipated charges . VISA or Mastercard are accepted.
Choose this way if you prefer to pay the order by bank transfer. When the order is completed, you will receive instructions about how to pay the order. It is very important that you indicate your number order and name in the transfer. To confirmate your order it is required to pay within a maximum of seven days.

Cash on delivery is only valid for Peninsular Spain.
Sometimes , depending on payment method some incidences may appear, we resolve them as soon as possible to avoid delay, contacting you immediately.
Paying by card, depending on amount, we can ask you documentation to verify your identity. If at the time of collection, your bank denied us the transaction, we will contact you to inform about the situation.
To pay by bank transfer, it is required you follow step by step the instructions to identify your payment among all we receive from our customer.

If you have placed an order, you have not received it yet and you want to cancel it, please contact us by phone as soon as possible, to arrange the cancelation without causing you troubles.
If you recive the product damaged, broken or incomplete due to the transport, you have to inform us about the incident within 24 hours from reception and we will proceed to change the product. In this case, to not interfere in expert´s report, you are kindly requested not to use or manipulate the faulty product.
All our products have legal warranty for two years and LABOTIENDA assumes it just for those cases established by Law. This is the reason why it is very important you read warranty conditions of each product, keep the delivery note and invoice, because they will be necessary to use the warranty.
If you find some troubles with the installation or operate of the purchased product, the most important thing is be sure you have followed installation and operation instructions contained in the user´s manual.

LABOTIENDA always checks, before accept the return these three conditions. We will not accept any return that does not comply them, in this case we will send the product to the customer.
Shipping and collection cost in case of change or replacement will be at customer cost.
Refund will be done by the same payment method, except cash on delivery, in this case by transfer.
